Mission:  To assist in the planning and implementation of the Employee Wellness Program. 

Reports to:  Vice President of College Operations

Facilitator:  Employee Wellness Program Coordinator 

Membership:  Fitness Education Center (FEC) Coordinator, Food Services Director, and Human Resources Director. Representatives from the Safety Committee, Counseling, Public Safety, Health and Physical Education, Student Health, Classified, Faculty, Management, Wellness Program, and Executive Team. 

When Members Are Selected:  Fall Term of each year. 

Length of Membership:  Staggered terms of one - three years.

Roles/Duties of Committee Members:

1. To provide suggestions and recommendations for the Wellness Program on planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
2. To be a decision-making committee, as provided by a vote.
3. To represent a variety of departments and divisions campus-wide and communicate program events/offerings to respective departments.
4. To provide feedback and evaluation.
5. To assist with various Wellness Program activities on a volunteer basis.
