Membership:  Appointed jointly by college and LCCEA, according to guidelines in the Lane Community College Bargaining Agreement. 

When Members Are Selected: Annually. 

Length of Membership: 4-5 years average.  Rotation yearly, one new member per year. 

Roles/Duties of Committee Members: Oversee the work of subcommittees. Review policies and decisions of the subcommittees and take corrective measures when needed. Promote the development of a comprehensive Faculty Professional Development program, which means creating opportunities, policies, and formats for professional development to meet the diverse needs of faculty members.
