Sonya Christian

Sonya has been at Lane since January, 2003. Prior to joining Lane, she was a Dean of Student Learning at Bakersfield College, in Bakersfield, CA, and before that, faculty in the mathematics department. Sonya earned her doctorate in education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); master's in mathematics from the University of Southern California (USC), and an undergraduate degree in math from the University of Kerala, India.
