UGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Foundation will host The Celebration, its annual fall fundraiser, on Nov. 10, at Venue 252 in Eugene. The live, in-person event builds on the success of 17 years of the Harvest Dinner and follows 2020’s virtual Celebration.

Proceeds from The Celebration support student scholarships, the LCC Foundation, and other LCC programs. This year, individual tickets for the popular fundraiser will be widely available for the first time. Guests who purchase tickets by Oct. 27 will be entered into an early bird drawing for a $250 SELCO gift card. Tickets are available at TheCelebrationAtLane.com.

For $125, guests will enjoy dinner from Market of Choice Catering, wine from King Estate and b2, live and silent auctions, an interactive program, and fun games and prizes. They will also have an opportunity to hear from scholarship recipients like Ana. Ana notes, “As a first-generation college student, pursuing a higher education always seemed like an unattainable dream of mine. With determination and persistent work, it has become my reality. Because of the opportunity [the LCC Foundation] has provided me, I am one step closer to achieving my dreams.”

The Celebration, presented by McKay Commercial Properties, features emcees Liz Kelly and Russ Pierson – and auctioneer Eric Johnson. To ensure the safety of our community, all attendees must be fully vaccinated.

The Lane Community College Foundation is dedicated to making education affordable and accessible to all community members. We help bring dedicated donors who support educational opportunities and are committed to investing in the long-term growth of our community.
