DESCRIPTION:

Take this learning community and start your college career with the tools to learn deeply and succeed in school and in life. There are two paths for this learning community:

• Take Math 20 with College Success, a course that will help you achieve academic and personal success! This learning community emphasizes active and collaborative learning.
  
  
• Take Math 60 with Effective Learning, a course designed to add to your learning toolbox with effective strategies for studying, notetaking, and test-taking. This course emphasizes reducing Math anxiety as well.

HOW TO REGISTER for the Math 20 option:

If you test into Math 20 or have taken the prerequisite course, Math 010, within the past year, you will be cleared to take this learning community. Starting Feb. 15, go to myLane and put both these CRNs on your registration screen:

Math 20 and CG100 College Success registration option:

MTH 020 40019 MWF 10-10:50 with CG100 40733 MW 11:30-12:50

HOW TO REGISTER for the Math 60 option:

If you test into Math 60 or have taken the prerequisite course, Math 20, within the past year, you will be cleared to take this learning community. Starting Feb. 15, go to myLane and put both these CRNs on your registration screen:

Math 60 and EL115 Effective Learning registration option:

MTH 060 41634 TR 10:30-11:50 & F 11:00-11:50 with EL115 43949 TR 8:30-9:50

Be sure to have both CRNs for both classes on the same registration screen in myLane!
