• Request services using IT Direct -

  • Login with your email address, enter the details of your request, and submit the form. 

• Your Single-Source for Services -

  • Use IT Direct for Any IT Service Request, including: Helpdesk, AV, Training, Equipment Repair, Web Development, Lab Service/Support, and Email support.

• First-Time Users -

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your own user account
  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your last name when prompted
  3. Complete your account profile by entering your first name and phone number(s) where we can reach you
  4. Complete the request form

• Completing the Request Form -

  • Just fill in the Location, Problem Type, and Description fields
  • Complete the problem questionaire, if present (not all problem types have one)
  • Enter the password [PASSWORD] and submit your request
