Audiovisual Services
Audiovisual Equipment Reservation
1. Audiovisual equipment loans are scheduled according to
the availability of the equipment. Reservations are prioritized
according to the times at which the orders are received.
2. Email
should be used for placing equipment reservations whenever possible, avrequest@lanecc.edu.
Phoned or written requests are also accepted. Please submit an ICO with
an account number and budgetary approval for any non-instructional event.
3. The
following time guidelines must be observed when ordering equipment
from Audiovisual Services:
- Requests for video projectors and video replay equipment must be
received no less than three business days in advance of desired
use. (Equipment desired for Monday must be ordered by Thursday of the
previous week.)
- Requests
for multimedia carts must be received no less than five
business days in advance of desired use. Please contact, avrequest@lanecc.edu or Len Heflin at
463-5370, regarding
Multimedia Cart Use Policies.
- Requests for other audiovisual items must be received no less than two business
days in advance of desired use, or by 3 p.m. on the previous
Friday for a Monday reservation.
- There is an additional
20.00 setup/take down fee to all depts when the event is outside
my normal work hours (7
a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday). We also need
at least 72 hrs notice with ICO for these type of events so a person
can be
scheduled in.
Note: Requests made in less than the required times of
notice may be honored, but will be subject to equipment availability,
and the user's ability to acquire it in person.
4. Please
provide the following information when making an AV equipment reservation:
- Your Name
- Department or Agency
- Phone (on campus and off-campus, if applicable)
- Email address
- Equipment needed
- Date needed
- Hours of use on date needed
- Location of use (i.e., building and room number)
