Ron Rourke
While interacting with Ron, I've been struck by how helpful he has always been, and how willing he is to take time to fill requests related to the Banner system. Three things stand out in my mind:
- Ron will give you whatever time you need to ask questions if you're uncertain about something. He also takes the time to ask precisely what you need, and takes pains to provide it.
- He responds to requests quickly and graciously.
- He's a genuinely nice guy. He's approachable and very willing to help with whatever he can. He never makes you feel like you're imposing on his time.
