- Login with your email address, enter the details of your request, and submit the form.

Your Single-Source for Services -
- Use IT Direct for Any IT Service Request, including: Helpdesk, AV, Training, Equipment Repair, Web Development, Lab Service/Support, and Email support.

First-Time Users -
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your own user account
- Enter your email address
- Enter your last name when prompted
- Complete your account profile by entering your first name and phone number(s) where we can reach you
- Complete the request form

Completing the Request Form -
- Just fill in the Location, Problem Type, and Description fields
- Complete the problem questionaire, if present (not all problem types have one)
- Enter the password [PASSWORD] and submit your request
