A Chorus of Voices: Creating a Larger Memory of Life at Lane

Historically, Lane has strived to make higher education economically accessible to all and responsive to differences among cultures and learners. Each of us has a role to play in achieving this goal. The gap between what we are and what we will become is reflected in the discoveries and dreams of all Lane staff.

QUESTIONS FOR FISHBOWL DISCUSSIONS

  1. Tell a story about a discovery you’ve made in your role in building an economically accessible, inclusive Lane Community College. What challenges and/or victories did you realize?

  2. If you were to dream of a way that Lane could change so that it could fully achieve the goal of being an accessible and inclusive college, what choices would you say are before us?
