Student Help Desk
The Student Help Desk (SHeD) opened in the Building 4, Room 201 computer lab during the Fall 2005 term.
What does the SHeD do?
- Assist students with connectivity issues and questions when accessing the Student and Staff Access Network (SSAN)
- Technical support for distance learning students enrolled in online courses, such as Moodle.
- Assist students with the questions/issues currently handled in the computer lab, such as:
- Application software usage questions
- Lnumber login questions
- Lnumber lookup and password change assistance
- Netstorage use instruction
