Classification and Compensation Study The college and the LCCEF have agreed to do a comparative classification and compensation study. The study was conducted by an outside consultant from a firm based in Salem, Oregon, called Local Government Personnel Institute (LGPI) and an LCC team that is composed of LCCEF designees and Human Resources staff. Team members are (LCCEF): Allen Bahret, Bob Baldwin, Glenn Goss, and Thwing Havens, (HR): Elizabeth Andrade, Dennis Carr, Sharon Daniel, and Mary Glenn.
