One of the leaders of the Titan weights crew. When he isn’t listening to Mac-10, Dr. Dre or Hyphy he’s throwing things. Far. A dual sport standout at Antioch High School located in Central California’s Contra Costa County. Voted Most Valuable Lineman at 2002 Nevada-Reno Football Camp.  2003 North Coast Section Shot Put Champion (57’7). Prep best of 59’1. Took the Southern Region NWAACC title with a PR heave of 49 1 ¾.   Placed 7th in 2007 NWAACC championship meet in the disc (126’3) and 5th in the shot put (45’11 1/4).
