NOMINATION INSTRUCTIONS

Lane Community College would like to recognize faculty who have made outstanding contributions to the quality of academic life on the campus. Faculty members include classroom instructors, cooperative education coordinators, librarians and counselors. In nominating outstanding faculty, please consider how their excellence has contributed to Lane Community College's new Vision statement "Transforming Lives Through Learning" and Core Values.
