Guest Chef Stephanie Pearl Kimmel is a James Beard Award nominee and founding executive chef-owner of Marché Restaurant, Marche` Cafe, Provisions and the Museum Cafe.

Chef Kimmel worked with over 100 Culinary and Hospitality students to prepare an amazing meal for almost 400 guests.

	NAME: April Miotke MAJOR: Flight Technology

	In addition to caring for her own four children while her husband was deployed in Afghanistan, April also was a foster parent for her niece and nephew. Now she is following her dream of becoming a Law Enforcement Helicopter Pilot. When April completes her program at Lane, she will continue her studies at Oregon State University and pursue a dual degree in Aviation Leadership and Adult Education. read more
