Below is a summary of consumer information that is made available to all prospective and enrolled students and Employees at Lane Community College in accordance with federal regulations in the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended.  Each topic listed gives a brief description of the information that is disclosed and how it can be obtained.  Paper copies of any of the informational items listed below can be provided by contacting the listed department or school official.

Constitution Day – This Federal observance recognizes the adoption of the US Constitution and those who have become US citizens. On September 17th each year, publicly funded institutions provide educational programs on the history of the American Constitution.  See the Lane Community College home pages under "Announcements" or in myLane in the "upcoming Events" channel each September for more information.

Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act – The annual equity in Athletics Disclosure Act Report contains participation rates, financial support and other information on men's and women's intercollegiate athletic programs at Lane CC. Graduation/Transfer-out Rates for Student Athletes – The graduation rates for student athletes must be provided to every student athlete, parents, high school coaches, and guidance counselors when an athletically related student aid offer is made.  Contact the Department directly for more information.

Student Complaint Process - The informal student report and resolution process is designed to resolve problems for students who are having difficulties with other students, staff or campus procedures short of written complaints, investigation and disciplinary action. Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards – Financial aid recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress to remain eligible.
