Work Requests

The FM&P Service Desk

The Service Desk receives requests for work to be performed by Facilities Management & Planning. The Service Desk is located in CS204, of the Campus Services Building, with an entrance on the second floor southwest side, and customer parking on the north side of the building, in the northeast corner of the main campus. The following information gives general guidelines for Service Desk operation.
  • Service Calls - phone 541-463-5216, hours - 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. At other times, service calls are automatically forwarded to the Campus Public Safety Office.
    • General Information
    • Routine maintenance requests
    • Emergencies
    • Questions regarding available services
    • All campus elevator maintenance, service requests, and emergencies
  • Service Desk receives electronic work requests for special equipment set-ups, or services to college, departments, and organizations.
Requests for services are subject to the following policies:
  • The department or entity requesting services must submit an electronic work request including an approved account number (if required). Submit directly to Facilities Management & Planning Service Desk before requesting services.
  • Only emergencies or routine services may be requested by phone, or memo.
