BOND UPDATE: AMTF IMPROVEMENTS
The Aviation Maintenance training facility paint booth airflow modifications completed this week. An independent testing company to measure air profile. Rohner will be on site this week to complete exterior finishes. Final electrical and plumbing inspections passed and final building inspection is expected next week. Contact Angela Fazio, 3428.

PROJECT 447 CARPET REPLACEMENT AND FLOOR COVERING INSTALLATION
Building 19 hard flooring installation in the storage hallway, room 107 has been completed. Flight Technology, building 44, restroom flooring and carpet replacement is also complete. Contact Angela Fazio, 3428.
PROJECT 458 AMTF IMPROVEMENTS
Aviation Maintenance Technician program paint booth was erected and dried in. Wall insulation and exterior skin will be installed this week. Rohner will be onsite next week to begin start-up and commissioning of the new unit. Contact Angela Fazio, 3428.

RTS PARKING LOT EXPANSION
Bids are out for expanding the parking lot at the return-to-service building at the airport. Expect work to begin the week of September 14, and continue for approximately three weeks. Contact Brian McMurray, 5829.
PROJECT 447 CARPET REPLACEMENT/FLOOR COVERING
Carpet replacement for building 19 upper level hallways and classrooms will be completed by September 2. Rubinstein’s Carpet removal on the first floor of building 19 is going to start on Monday August 31 and is expected to be completed by September 4. Building 19 room 104 is scheduled to have the carpet removed on September 3 and replaced on Friday, September 4. Flooring has been ordered for Flight Technology and is scheduled for installation October 30. Contact Mark Richardson, 463-3426.
PROJECT 451 UTILITY SUBMETERING
Meter installations completed this week: water in buildings 41, 49, and Center; natural gas in buildings 44, 49 and Center; electric in buildings 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 41 and Center. Main isolation valve replacements this week: domestic cold water in buildings 12, 15, 16, 17, and Center. Contact Angela Fazio, 463-3428.

Bldg 12 paint booth has been assembled and mechanical/electrical connections are being made. Expect completion week of September 28. The paint booth for RTS building will be ordered this week. Contact Brian McMurray, 463-5829.
