Interim Diversity Coordinator Tova Stabin has a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies and English from the State University of New York at Albany, a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and a Master's certificate in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

She frequently served as a diversity trainer at Lane since 2001, and has been a diversity educator and information resource consultant in the Pacific Northwest for the past 20 years. She is a nationally published author and lifelong social justice activist with strong experience working with a variety of diverse communities. She is a Jewish lesbian who was raised in a working-class immigrant community in New York and has lived and traveled internationally.
