LCC Administrative Withdrawal Policy: *Students enrolled in online courses are advised to make contact with their instructor or login to the course by the end of the first week of classes, or they may be administratively dropped from the course. *Telecourse students must obtain the telecourse syllabus and complete a blue student information card before the end of the first week of the term, or they may be administratively withdrawn from the course by the instructor. The syllabus and blue cards are available at the telecourse orientation, or students may purchase the syllabus and turn in the blue card at the college Bookstore. If you enroll after the first week of classes, you must immediately obtain the syllabus and complete a student information card available for purchase in the Bookstore. You are financially and academically responsible for all courses in which you enroll. If you wish to discontinue college attendance you must complete official withdrawal procedures. Any tuition and course fee refunds are based on the date of official withdrawal. It is your responsibility to drop/withdraw from any class you do not plan to attend. To receive a complete refund for courses, you must drop by midnight, Sunday, June 29. Classes are dropped using ExpressLane. For college policy regarding refunds see the current class schedule. Students who are only enrolled in distance learning courses (no on-campus courses) are not charged the ASLCC Student Activity Fee. Library MV#s for Viewing and Checking Out Telecourse Tapes/DVDs All telecourses may be viewed or checked out of the main campus library during the term the course is offered. Please use these MV numbers to request telecourse programs from the library. Distance Learning students who wish to check materials (videotapes/books etc.) out of the main library need to show a valid photo ID.
