Our Mission

The specific mission of the Curriculum Office is to support faculty and staff by providing services and information in curricular development, curricular history, and state requirements.  The Curriculum Office:

• Insures accuracy in catalog course descriptions and articulates courses with other state institutions.
• Guides regular reviews of the curriculum to insure its vitality and positive impact on the students.
• Supports faculty work in curriculum revision during proposals for new courses (.doc) and revised courses (.doc), maintains files on all curriculum, and oversees and monitors the curriculum.
• Supports the work of the Curriculum Committee by providing documentation, scheduling meetings, providing information, and insuring smooth functioning of the committee.
