The Renaissance Room

Enjoy a fine dining experience for lunch in the student-run restaurant, the Renaissance Room! Located inside the Center Building next to Blender's Espresso, the Renaissance Room is open during fall, winter, and spring terms.

The Renaissance Room menu changes periodically each term and offers local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine in honor of Lane's Core Value of Sustainability.  A lunch includes a choice of soup or salad, entree, and dessert. 

The Renaissance Room can accommodate private parties of up to 24 with advance reservations.

Renaissance Room Gift Certificates are available for purchase and are good for the entire academic year!  Please contact Wendy Milbrat or ask one of your servers for purchase.

Thank you all for your patronage during fall term!  The Renaissance Room is now closed for Winter Break.  Plan on joining us back in Winter Term on Tuesday, January 17, 2012!  The Renaissance Room will be open only Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the Winter Term.

 Reservations may be made during hours of operation, with the earliest reservation at 11:30am and the latest reservation at 12:30pm.

Culinary Arts Curriculum in the Renaissance Room

The Renaissance Room offers valuable restaurant-frontline training experience for Culinary Arts students for four terms, the fourth term being a supervisory experience for the Second-Year students over their First-Year student peers.
