Renaissance Room

Welcome to the Renaissance RoomEnjoy a fine dining experience for lunch in the student-run restaurant, the Renaissance Room. Located inside the Center Building, the Renaissance Room is open partially during fall, winter, and spring terms.

Renaissance Room days and hourd Winter Term 2010 are as follows:

January 25th through March 8th -- Tue. - Thurs. 11:30 - 12:30

The Renaissance Room will be closed during the week of March March 1st - March 4th.

Reservations may be made during those hours, with the earliest reservation at 11:30 and the latest reservation at 12:30.

Pleasee make your reservations by calling the Renaissance Room reservation number (541) 463-3533.

The Renaissance Room menu changes each term. Be sure to leave room for dessert! The Renaissance Room can accommodate private parties of up to 36 with advance reservations.

Culinary Arts Curriculum in the Renaissance Room

The Renaissance Room offers valuable restaurant-frontline training experience for Culinary Arts students for four terms, the fourth term being a supervisory experience of the first-year students.
