Welcome to the Culinary Arts and
Hospitality Management Program!    

We are proud and honored to be a joint accredited Culinary Arts & Hospitality Mangement Program -- the 1st in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest!

We are accredited by the American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFFAC) and the Accreditation Commission of Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA).  Our Culinary Arts Program is recognized as having Exemplary Status!

Entry to the Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management 2-Year AAS Degree Program is Fall Term Only each year. 

Entry to the Hospitality Management 2-Year AAS Degree Program is by Open Enrollment. 

We also offer a 1-Year Certificate of Completion in Foodservice Management and Career Pathways Certificate Programs, which are offered for Open Enrollment

The Culinary Arts Program accepts applications starting March 1 - June 30, 2010 for Fall Term, 2010.  To learn more about the program, please visit Culinary Arts.

Thank you for your interest in a challenging and rewarding career in the Culinary and Hospitality industry!  Our mission is to educate, train, and provide students with the skills they need to succeed in their chosen program.  We are committed to providing our students with a quality education that will prepare them to get jobs and adapt to the many challenges of an ever-changing industry.

There is no application process for the Career Pathways Certificate Programs.  See below for admissions information.


CAREER PATHWAYS CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS

We proudly offer three Career Pathways Certificate Programs in Baking and Pastry, Restaurant Ownership, and Food Prep and Production.

These Programs are designed for students who want to get a foot hold in the food service industry with an entry-level skill set.  All classes would apply directly should you want to consider obtaining the 2-Year AAS Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.  

These Programs have no application process for acceptance, but require submission of a Student Information Sheet and the passing of Placement Test Scores as dictated   for the 2-Year Degree Programs.
