Welcome to the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Main Page
Congratulations on your interest in a challenging and rewarding career in the Culinary and Hospitality industry. Our mission is to educate, train, and provide students with the skills they need to succeed in their chosen program. We are committed to providing our students with a quality education that will prepare them to get jobs and adapt to the many challenges of an ever-changing industry.
We are proudly accredited by the ACFFAC (American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission). Since 2004, our program curriculum is primarily designed around the ACFFAC Standards of Required Knowledges and Competencies. This assures students of a detailed and well-rounded education in the culinary arts.
Our Hospitality Management Program is currently in the process of applying for initial accreditation through the CAHM (Commission of Accreditation in Hospitality Management). If approved, our program will be first in Oregon with this notable status.
Our site includes curriculum and admissions information for each component of the program, news of upcoming events such as our Classical Cuisine Dinners, faculty backgrounds and contact numbers, as well as an alumni link for former students and industry professionals to keep in touch.
