**Thank you for your interest in applying for the Culinary Arts program for FALL ENTRY 2012!** 

**THE CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM APPLICATION AND INFORMATION PACKET FOR FALL 2012 ENTRY IS AVAILABLE AT THE LINKS BELOW, AND IN OUR PROGRAM OFFICES!  THE COMPLETED APPLICATION WITH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS MAY BE SUBMITTED BEGINNING MONDAY, APRIL 2ND.**

Please review the Application process by downloading the Application Packet 2012-13.  The Culinary Arts program Application is also provided here for downloading, however it is NOT an online application.  The complete Application with the Supporting Materials must be turned in at our Main Offices to Wendy Milbrat, Adminstrative Support Specialist:

You are welcome to stop by the Main Offices located in the Center for Meeting and Learning, Building 19, Room 202 for more information.

IF YOU NEED TO TAKE THE LANE COUNTY FOOD HANDLERS CARD EXAM, which is required for entry into the program, you can take the test online at the following link: Lane County Food Handlers Permit Online Testing  The cost of the card is $10.  Be sure to have "Lane County" as the county that you choose to take the exam.
