with an evening of International tasting.
The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Program students will be hosting two evening dinners in winter term. On March 11 & 12, we will be featuring a tasting menu, consisting of small portions of numerous delectables prepared and served by students from our advanced cooking theories term of International Cuisine.
