with an evening of International tasting.
The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Program students will be hosting two evening dinners in winter term. On March 11 & 12, we will be featuring a tasting menu, consisting of small portions of numerous delectables created from our advanced cooking theories term of International Cuisine. Check back here for more information on our Classical Cuisine Reception once winter term gets underway.
