KUDOS and Congratulations go to March's Classified Employee of the Month - Toni Timmers. 

A group of representatives of the Classified Professional Development Team joined colleagues in Social Science on Wednesday, at a gathering to surprise/present Toni Timmers (holding balloons) with the Employee of the Month award for March.

A group of representatives of the Classified Professional Development Team joined colleagues in Social Science on Wednesday, at a gathering to surprise/present Toni Timmers (holding balloons) with the Employee of the Month award for March. Toni has been serving Lane as a part-time employee since 1997 and as a contracted classified in Social Science since September 2004. As a classified employee in the Social Science Division, Toni works mostly in the testing labs.  She is noted by her peers as extremely conscientious and competent, making the testing lab a successful enterprise.   She has been innovative in streamlining the proctor approval process, standardizing procedures for notes used during tests, and taking steps to eliminate prior cheating problems - to mention just a few.  Toni has a great sense of humor and works well with people.  She also volunteers in the community, with gardening projects and psychological research at the U of O.  If you get a chance, congratulate Toni for doing a terrific job and celebrate her nomination as March's Classified Employee of the Month.
