KUDOS and Congratulations go to August's Classified Employee of the Month - Claire Ranney. 

August Classified Employee of the Month Claire Ranney, back row center

Claire Ranney (back row center) has been an LCC employee since September 1989.  She is the Nursing Lab Coordinator in the Family and Health Careers Department.  Her nominating colleagues praised Claire for her outstanding efforts assisting instructors and being creative with life-like scenarios in the nursing lab, coaching students with the special software in the F/HC computer lab, and cheerfully tackling difficult Banner processes.  Claire is an expert at quickly procuring F/HC supplies and even providing alternative solutions if equipment is not readily available, and sending e-mail reminder prompts and timely lab equipment lists - a valuable asset to faculty members in a crunch.  Often Claire becomes involved outside of the office in numerous activities such as the annual local high school Health Occupation Skills Contest and participating with various hiring committees.  Her friendly, "Just do it" attitude combine with good-natured humor is welcome with all those she comes in contact.  Please join the Classified Professional Development team in congratulating Claire Ranney for her well deserved recognition!
