Classified Employee of the Month - December 2003

KUDOS and Congratulations go to December's employee of the Month - Christine Marshall.

Our December Classified Employee of the Month is DTC employee Christine Marshall. Christine began her LCC employment in October of 2000 in her current department, English as a Second Language. Chris shared many interests outside of her job such as walking, baking, but travel is her very favorite pastime.  Her co-workers in the ESL department gave excellent examples of her efficient work, professional handling of various situations and her creative problem solving of systems, work space, and financial cutbacks. Chris said she was "shocked and totally surprised by the honor" and said she works daily with others she feels would be great nominees. Christine continues her involvement with various aspects of the LCC community by serving on committees on Main Campus (Peer to Peer and the newly formed Less with Less) and DTC (the ESL Advisory Committee). Congratulations Chris - we are all so proud of your contributions to the students and staff at Lane.
