Manager of Professional & Organizational Development Receives updates on status of program from Executive Team.

Executive Team (Chairs) Reports updates to Manager. General over site of team. Manage membership. Establishes meeting agendas, track action items, and fills in on sub-committees as needed. General budget oversight.

Budget and Operations Team Maintain budget. Quarterly and year-end accounting/Reports. Process ICO, travel forms and check requests. Schedule meetings, take notes, and other administrative tasks. Manage CPDT email.

Public Relations Team Manage communications and marketing for CPDT, Employee recognition program, and Random Acts of Chocolate. Maintain master calendar and web content. Schedule Classified staff social events and CPDT annual planning meeting.

Professional Development Team Approve and Award funds to classified applicants for professional development activities. Assist POD with spring conference and fall in-service. Identify valuable workshop categories and recruit presenters.
