First Aid: Provide immediate assistance to a person suffering a
sudden illness or injury, before the arrival of more highly trained
medical personnel.
CPR: Recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies of adults,
children and infants. Includes one-person and two-person CPR and care
of choking victims. Upon finishing the class each successful participant
will receive certification valid for two years. Please bring a sack lunch.
Note: This class does not include AED training.
