Parent Referral Fees
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you in your child care search. Family Connection's parent referral fees work on a sliding scale fee based on your household size and income. Your fee entitles you to customized refferals and consultation and resource materials for one full year. The responsibility to screen and select a child care provider remains with you, the parent or guardian.
Family Connections attempts to offer you five to seven referrals per call. If three or less referrals are given your fee will be reduced; no referrals will eliminate your fee.
How it works:
1.) Determine your fee based on your household size and annual income.
2.) If you are doing your intake over the phone with a parent consultant you may pay with a debit or credit card over the phone. If you are mailing, e-mailing or faxing your intake form, payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, money order or personal check. Make checks payable to Family Connections and send to:
