On-Campus Employment (Learn & Earn Program)
The Lane Learn & Earn Program is an on-campus student employment program available to currently enrolled non Work-Study eligible students. This program is funded by the college and provides part-time, temporary employment for students on campus. There are limited placements available.
Who Can Apply
Students are eligible to apply for the Lane Learn & Earn Program if they:
- are enrolled in at least 6 credits or 60 hours of non-credit coursework
- are not eligible for the Federal Work Study Program
- are not receiving a Talent Grant

All Learn and Earn jobs are posted online at Lane Job Connection (www.lanecc.edu/ces). Apply online for the Learn and Earn jobs you are interested in.
Job Placement
Job openings are primarily on the Lane Main Campus. Funding for this program is limited. Not all students who apply will be placed in a job.
Pay Rates/Hours
Pay rate is $8.80 per hour. Students can work up to 15 hours per week depending on the needs of the department and the position they are applying for. Students must be approved to work each term.
