ABC's of Home Buying
A is for analyzing your financial situation. From there we'll progress to working with a real estate agent, securing a loan, and closing the deal. This class is state-certified and meets requirements for down payment assistance and First Time Homebuyers loan programs. Cost covers materials for all members of a household. The class includes 7 hours of instruction and a 1:1 consultation and credit report review, scheduled at your convenience. Since 1994 NEDCO has been working with families and individuals to help them become successful homeowners through this intensive two-part program. Over eight weekly classes, taught by qualified professionals, you will learn about financial preparation, the how purchase process, and protecting your investment. In addition to the classes, you will meet regularly 1:1 with a homeownership counselor to develop and implement your own action plan to help you reach your goal.
