Commercial Pilot Ground School
Prerequisite: Private Pilot license or equivalent. This course includes all areas found to be necessary for passing FAA Commercial Pilot written examination. Emphasis is on weather, FAR's, navigation, computer, radio aids, and government publications for the pilot.

Private Pilot Ground School
This course introduces and develops each knowledge and skill areas essential for successful completion of the FAA written examination for a Private Pilot Airplane and/or Helicopter. Topics include FARs, airplane structures aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, accessing and using performance data and numerous other industry information resources.

Instrument Ground School
Recommend completion of Commercial Pilot Ground School FT 251. This course prepares the student for successful completion of the FAA written examination required for an Instrument rating. The course develops an understanding of the IFR environment, systems and procedures.

Recurrent Training
This course is intended to prepare pilots to meet the insurance requirements for a specific aircraft type or meeting recurrent requirements for Private Pilot, single engine land, multi-engine land and Instrument rating. At the end of this course, the students will be able to demonstrate proficiency on an IFR cross-country flight in the Frasca 142 or Redbird simulators using parameters for a specific model aircraft. Students for recurrent training will have met and demonstrated proficiency to meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements to maintain their specific licenses and ratings.
