Introduction to Mixology
All mixologists are bartenders, but not all bartenders are mixologists! In this interactive class, you will learn how to make your own infused alcohols and how to use your imagination to create unique cocktails. This class will introduce you to history and knowledge of specific alcohols, set-ups, pouring, recipes, introduction to legal issues and customer service. This class prepares students for entry-level professional bartending. The required book is the New American Bartenders Guide and is available in the Titan Market and Bookstore at the Downtown Campus.
