1. Students who wish to charge
to the $500 line of credit at the Bookstore will need to have completed
the FAFSA
and it must be
received by Lane Financial Aid office.
2. Students will print off the student schedule from
ExpressLane on the day they wish to charge.
3. Students will present schedule (with current date)
along with current photo ID and merchandise to be purchased at the
registers in the Bookstore.
4. If a student is blocked from charging at the
register, the cashier will ask the student to go to the Student
Accounts Area for assistance. If account is unblocked, the student may
return to the front of the register line.
5. To check Bookstore charging eligibility, go to
ExpressLane's
Enrollment Services webpage.
6. Students are responsible for any amount on their account
after financial aid has been dispursed.

2008/09 Dates for Charging to Your Student
Account:
Summer term: June 17 - July 8
Fall term: September 15 - October 14
Winter term: December 29 - January 20
Spring term: March 24 - April 14
For
Agency Sponsored Students:
Sponsored students will present current photo ID
with merchandise to be purchased at the Sponsored Accounts register in
the Student Accounts area of the Bookstore.
Students who are sponsored by an agency (such as
an employer, the Veterans Association, Lane Workforce Network,
etc.) should bring their purchases directly to the Agency Sponsored
Accounts register in the Bookstore in order to charge items to their
sponsored account. The Agency Sponsored Accounts register is on the
east side of the Bookstore; the closest register to the text area.
Note: Charges to
your Agency Sponsored
account end one hour
prior to Bookstore closing.
Summer term: June 17 - August 7
Fall term: September 15 - November 7
Winter term: December 29 - February 13
Spring term: March 24 - May 15 |
