ATC Support Services
The Academic Technology Center provides troubleshooting, training, production assistance, and a drop-in lab to support use of technology for instructional purposes.
One-Stop, No-Drop Support:
When you bring any technology question or request to the ATC, we will route your request to the most appropriate responder for you, not send you to another contact. We track all requests closely to ensure that a timely and appropriate response is provided.
The ATC support team consists of staff, faculty and student workers with specialized knowledge of academic technologies. In addition to a broad genereal knowledge of Moodle and other core instructional applications, each of us specializes in several areas of academic technology.
