Apprenticeship Program

FOR OREGON STATE REGISTERED APPRENTICES ONLY
 
WELCOME TO WINTER TERM 2010
 
(Classes begin the week of Monday, January 4th)
 
We are pleased to continue offering related training classes as part of your apprenticeship program.
 
For registration information, you will need to know your course placement for your specific trade as provided by your committee coordinator.
  
Follow the steps below to complete the Application and Registration Process for Winter term classes. You must be registered for your Winter term Apprenticeship classes by Monday, December 14th .

Step 1: 
New Credit Students:
If you plan to take a credit class and you have never taken credit classes at Lane before, you must complete an online credit application at www.lanecc.edu. For step by step instruction on completing the application, view the credit application instructions.
*(.pdf) Please provide an email address that you read frequently when completing your application. Once application is complete, you will be sent an email with your Lane student L number for registration.

Returning Credit Students:
If you are already in ExpressLane as a credit student and have your L number, go to Step 2 and complete registration process.

Step 2:  To locate your course registration number (CRN#) and textbook information, view the Web CRN-Textbook Link. *(.pdf) Please write down your course CRN# for registration.

Step 3:  Help with registration click here: ExpressLane Instructions

Step 4: Register for your Winter '10 class click here: Register in Expresslane.
Note: Any outstanding balances at Lane must be paid in full in order to register for the current term!

Refund Deadline - For most Winter term credit classes is Sunday, January 10 at midnight.  It is important to use ExpressLane to drop any classes you do not plan on attending. You are responsible to make any necessary changes to your schedule by the refund deadline.

Attention Credit Students - Late Add Fee: $100 per class.  Students are expected to register for their classes. Grades submitted for non-registered students after the last day to add classes in ExpressLane will result in this fee being assessed for each late grade submitted, in addition to all related tuition and fees.

Employer Third Party Sponsorship Form:                                                                                                                    If your employer agrees to pay all or part of your educational expenses, please visit the following site http://www.lanecc.edu/studentaccts/sponsoredaccounts.htm and print the authorization form. Your employer must complete the Third Party Sponsorship Form each term and fax to Lane's Sponsored Accounts Department at (541) 463-3287. To obtain specific amounts for Tuition, Fees, etc., please contact the Apprenticeship Office.
