Tracy Simms gets AAWCC Excellence Award

Lane’s Chapter of AAWCC would like to recognize Tracy Simms for the AAWCC Excellence Award. Tracy is the Executive Assistant to the President, and she had worked at Lane for 11 years. She serves on the Executive Team, Facilities Council, Management Senate, Governmental Relations, along with her many other projects and committees. She attends all of the board meetings—sitting at the table beside President Spilde, ready to add to board members’ understanding of the issues they face.

Tracy is also active in AAWCC. Last year when Mary Spilde was president of the national organization, Tracy attended and took notes at the national meetings. She attends this annual conference, and she is active in and supportive of Lane’s Chapter as well.

For her amazing job of supporting the president, her positive attitude, and her dedication to AAWCC, we give this award to Tracy Simms.
