Present: Donna Zmolek, Son Le, Helen Mikkelsen, Shirley Lukacs, Tammy Simpson, Carol Woodman, Jackie Bryson

Past Business: AAWCC conference was wonderful. New ideas and energy emerged from those who attended. Movie party at Shirley Lukac's home was much fun.

Website: Son Le gave a presentation about our new website. It looks fantastic! Everyone was very enthusiastic. She hopes to have the site up and running by the end of the year. Thank you so much Son Le.

Meeting Times: We would like to establish regular meeting times. An idea was discussed to meet for breakfast either on campus or off. Tammy Simpson will look into the options for us.

Silent Auction: We have 27 or so donations for the auction. Including scarves, wine and food baskets, gift certificates, etc. Donna is sending a reminder to please give your gifts to Carol Woodman. We decided to have membership packets at the auction incase anyone wanted to join or pay dues!! Donna will bring Christmas music and the CD player. Thank you Donna!!

Food was discussed. Do we have enough? It was decided that Donna would send out an email to our members asking for an informal RSVP. Thus giving some idea of the attendance number. So far we have spent $128.00 for the food.

Publicity for the auction at this point is moving along. We continue to run an announcement in the Daily. Helen and Shirley will send out an email with gift information, time, and location information to all the departments. Thank you.

Scholarship recipient Anna Tillet will be invited to attend. Part of the money we hope to make from the auction will go to funding the scholarship for next year.

Membership: We are increasing our membership and hope to reach 100 very soon. When that happens we all will celebrate!! Thank you AAWCC members for recruiting new people. Thank you Shirley Lukacs for all your positive energy.

Up-Coming Events: The auction of course on November 30th. Another movie party. Son Le is presenting a workshop for winter term. A lot of ideas were discussed.
