Andrea will offer some thougths of where she's been as a leader in education while wearing many different hats. Dawn will speak to the leadersho she's provided for Oregon community colleges and AAWCC, locally and nationally. She will also give us a glimps of her viseion for her new role as an Execurive Dean.
